Hangar et bureaux d'une écurie de course au large

In the heart of Concarneau's commercial port, a new building has been erected to house the MerConcept ocean racing team. It contains 4 levels of offices and a shipyard with a 15,000 sq² / 15 m high hall to develop the latest foiling boats for major sailing races: Ultime trimarans, 60-foot Imoca boats, etc. Innovation and CSR are the basis of the graphic identity developed for the building. The signage was designed on two scales, that of the huge shed and that of the offices. A large wind map and a photo wall at the entrance, exhibitions of technical drawings and prototypes, inspiring quotes and little sentences scattered throughout the building enliven the spaces and illustrate the spirit of this company, thus providing an ideal working environment.
Au cœur du port de commerce de Concarneau s'érige le nouveau bâtiment accueillant l’écurie de course au large MerConcept. Il abrite une partie bureaux sur 4 niveaux et une partie chantier naval avec une halle de 1 400 m² sur 15 m de hauteur pour développer les nouveaux bateaux à foils des grandes courses à la voile : trimaran Ultime, 60 pieds Imoca … Innovation et démarche RSE sont à la base de l'identité graphique développée pour la signalétique et l'habillage du bâtiment. La signalétique a été pensée à deux échelles, celle de l'immense hangar et celle des bureaux. Une grande carte des vents et un mur de photo à l'entrée, des expositions de dessins techniques et des prototypes, des citations inspirantes et des petites phrases insolites disséminées dans le bâtiment animent les espaces et illustrent l'esprit de cette entreprise apportant ainsi un cadre de travail idéal.
